Come join Miss Melissa at the youth stage for a wonderful session filled with stories, songs, and loads of fun suitable for all ages!

This program is designed for our littlest learners, caregivers hold babies on their laps as we share songs, rhymes, gentle movement exercises and of course books!

Join us at Tanglefoot Park for a special food-focused storytime at the Farmer’s Market.

Join us on the second Friday of each month for a Play n Learn program designed for families with children ages 0-5. Monthly sessions are based on a children's book, with a story, finger plays, crafts, and activities.

Have you always wanted to learn how to crochet? Are you an experienced crocheter willing to teach others? Join our drop-in crochet group to learn, improve your skills, and enjoy crocheting with others. All ages are welcome!

We’re having a tie-dye party- rain or shine! White bandanas and scrunchies will be provided, but you may also bring your own t-shirt or pillowcase to tie-dye. In case of rain we will meet by the outdoor drive-up book drop. 

Participants will receive a piece of art from the thrift store to transform into their own unique masterpiece while they sip on soda and tea. From changing the color palette to introducing an alien invasion to your scene, anything goes! 

Learn to use basic shape construction and simple line techniques to create imaginative Mythical Creatures! No prior drawing experience needed in this follow-along program led by Corinne Roberts.

Work on your current knitting, stitching, beading, painting, felting (or other) project at this informal drop in craft circle. All artist and crafters are welcome. Bring your own or use our materials.

Get ready to take over the library regular closing time and break (some) of the library rules. We’ll have fun games and activities, including hide-and-seek and a scavenger hunt, and opportunities to win prizes! Registration required.

Join the Tri-Cities Historical Museum on a walking tour of downtown Spring Lake. Tour will begin at the Spring Lake District Library. Please remember to wear walking shoes. Registration is encouraged but not necessary.
